BLACK & BLUE LIMO
Privacy Policy
How Black & Blue Limo collects, uses, shares and protects personal information.
Last updated: October 10, 2026
Who we are
Black & Blue Limo provides chauffeured transportation in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. Questions, access requests or privacy concerns may be sent to info@blackbluegta.com. We handle personal information in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy requirements, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act where it applies.
Information we collect
When you request a quote, reservation or other assistance, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, pickup and destination details, dates and times, passenger and luggage counts, flight information, vehicle preferences, accessibility or service requirements, and the contents of your messages. Our hosting and security providers may also process basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, request time and security logs.
Why we use it
We use personal information to respond to enquiries; prepare quotes; arrange, confirm and provide transportation; communicate changes; coordinate vehicles, chauffeurs and service partners; maintain service and security records; prevent fraud or abuse; meet legal obligations; and resolve questions or complaints. We do not use information submitted for a reservation to send unrelated marketing unless you separately agree.
Consent and choices
By submitting a request, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure needed to respond and provide the requested service. You may withdraw consent for optional uses by contacting us, subject to legal or contractual restrictions. Withdrawing information needed for a requested trip may prevent us from arranging or providing it.
Service providers and disclosure
We may share only the information reasonably required with service providers that help us respond to and fulfil a request. These currently include Vercel for website hosting, security and privacy-focused website analytics; Google for optional website analytics, advertising measurement and campaign attribution; our email booking provider for quote requests, reservation management and related trip records; and Resend for transactional email delivery. We may also use payment or accounting providers for a confirmed booking, and share necessary itinerary details with chauffeurs, vehicle operators and transportation partners involved in your trip. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect safety or legal rights, or in connection with a business transaction subject to appropriate protections. We do not sell personal information.
Processing outside Canada
Some service providers may process information in another province or country. Information handled outside your jurisdiction may be subject to the laws and lawful access rules of that location. We remain responsible for personal information under our control and require service providers to use it only for authorized purposes.
Retention
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above and any legal, insurance, tax, accounting or dispute-resolution requirements. Enquiries that do not become confirmed reservations are generally retained for no longer than 24 months after the last interaction. Confirmed booking and transaction records may be kept longer where required. Information is then deleted, anonymized or securely disposed of, subject to backup cycles.
Safeguards
We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so please do not submit payment card details, identity documents or other unnecessary sensitive information through the website forms.
Cookies and analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate page visits, traffic sources, devices and website performance. It is configured as first-party, privacy-focused analytics and does not use cookies to track visitors across websites. If you accept optional cookies, we also load Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement technologies to understand website use, attribute enquiries and phone clicks to campaigns, and evaluate advertising performance. Google may process device, browser, interaction, approximate location and advertising-identification information under its own terms. Google marketing tags remain off when you reject optional cookies. You can change your choice at any time through Cookie settings in the footer. Essential platform and security technologies may still process technical information to deliver the site, balance traffic, prevent abuse and protect the forms.
Access, correction and complaints
You may ask whether we hold personal information about you and request access to or correction of that information, subject to lawful exceptions and identity verification. Send requests or complaints to info@blackbluegta.com. We will review them and explain the outcome. You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or another applicable regulator.
Policy updates
We may update this policy when our services, providers or legal obligations change. The current version and its last-updated date will be published on this page. Material changes will apply from the stated effective date.
